*Kittens will be held under breeder evaluation for 6 weeks. After this evaluation, the kitten will be offered as pets or breeders. Kittens evaluated as breeders may be sold as pets, however; their price may exceed the pet price.

Disclaimer:
* We ''reserve the right'' to have a change of mind and keep a kitten for our own breeding program that has a down payment on it. In these circumstances you can either wait for another kitten or have your down payment refunded. If at any time during the purchase process we feel that circumstances have changed and you are no longer a fit for one of our kittens, we have the option of cancelling the sale and returning any money paid including the deposit.

Health Guarantee (summary): The cat/kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival of their new home. It is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours from the time of purchase (arrival) if vet-checked within that time and if it has not been in contact with any other animals. It is recommended that the new cat/kitten be in quarantine during this time. If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another kitten/cat of equal value when one becomes available. If no replacement kitten/cat is available at that time, seller will have one year to furnish a satisfactory replacement. The cat/kitten cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired and/or if it has been exposed to another cat. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Under no circumstances is a kitten to be destroyed prior to notification by the buyer to the seller. If a cat/kitten dies within the guarantee period, due to a congenital defect, despite medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death.
This cat/kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for a year from the date of birth. Should the cat die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed vet and a vet’s certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. A replacement will be made of a cat of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion of the breeder.
I want a kitten but I don't live local, can I still purchase a kitten?

You Bet! Although we are located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, we can ship kittens via air to anywhere in Canada. Purchaser is responsible for costs associated with shipping and the flight.
