Step 2:Wait List Agreement & Application

By submitting a $300 Wait List Deposit and completing the Wait List Application & Agreement to & for Love Whispurrs, I confirm the following:

I understand that my wait list deposit of $300 is NON-REFUNDABLE. I understand that this policy is in place to ensure that I am fully committed to purchasing a kitten from Love Whispurrs at some point in time and that my deposit will never expire, as long as Love Whispurrs is breeding bengals.

I understand that should Love Whispurrs cease to breed Bengals, I will receive my Wait List Deposit back in full.

I have received prior approval from my landlord, roommates, spouse, or any other person who may potentially disallow or not be in favour of a bengal kitten/cat living in my/our home. I do not foresee my living arrangements changing to a situation where I will not be allowed to have a bengal cat living in my home.

I understand that if a kitten is not offered to me within one year of my Wait List Deposit, my Wait List Deposit may be refunded ONLY if I have not refused other available kittens within that year. (“Refusal” = not responding to Love Whispurrs emails, kitten posts on FaceBook, or kittens posted as available on the website).

If I have refused available kittens within a year of placing my Wait List deposit my deposit will not be returned to me. Instead, I may elect to forfeit my deposit and request to be removed from the wait list email list OR continue waiting on a kitten of my choice and retain my place on Love Whispurr’s waiting list.

I understand that Love Whispurrs will make reasonable efforts to contact me regarding available kittens, however, it is ultimately my responsibility to view Love Whispurrs website/Facebook Page to check for available kittens. By labeling a kitten as “Available to the Wait List” or “On Hold for the Wait List” in any form, Love Whispurrs is effectively offering a kitten to me.

It is ultimately my responsibility to contact Love Whispurrs to inquire about any kitten displayed on their website or Facebook Page,if I am interested in it and have not been contacted personally. *Courtesy wait list emails/messages are typically also sent out with the arrival of each litter.

I understand the Kitten Deposit is due upon choosing a kitten. When Love Whispurrs & I agree on a kitten, a second non-refundable payment of $600 (the “Kitten Deposit”) is due within 24 hours (the “Kitten Deposit Payment Deadline”). If I fail to provide the Kitten Deposit to Love Whispurrs within 24 hours, I understand that my chosen kitten will be available to other buyers.

I understand that if I neglect to adhere to the 24 hour Kitten Deposit Payment Deadline I will forfeit my Wait List Deposit unless I have made prior written arrangements with Love Whispurrs to continue to wait for a different kitten.

I am aware of the price ranges clearly set out on Love Whispurrs' website & am prepared to pay a price within the stated range for the kitten I choose. I understand that the final price of the kitten will be determined by the time the kitten in 6 weeks old & I the will be provided with a copy of the Purchase Agreement at that time, setting out the price, including all taxes.

I understand that the full balance is due when the kitten is 10 weeks old. I will provide the balance of the amount due (including tax) for the chosen kitten to Love Whispurrs by no later then the date the kitten is 10 weeks old (the “Final Payment Deadline”).

I understand that if I neglect to adhere to the Final Payment Deadline I will also forfeit my Kitten Deposit unless I have made prior written arrangements with Love Whispurs to continue to wait for a different kitten.

I understand that if I am having the kitten shipped to me the Final Payment must be received by Love Whispurrs at least two weeks before shipping is booked.

I understand that as the Purchaser, I am responsible for all shipping costs if applicable, including health certificate/veterinary exam, rabies vaccine, and airfare. An approved airline kennel will be provided by Love Whispurrs.

I understand that any kitten offered to the pet wait list is at the discretion of Love Whispurrs. It is at Love Whispurrs discretion to decide which kittens will be offered to the pet wait list and which ones will be set aside for the Breeder Wait List. Many breed quality kittens held back for evaluation will be offered to pet wait list once evaluations are complete & decisions have been made.

I understand that without exception this kitten is a PET ONLY and the kitten being purchased will be neutered/spayed prior to leaving Love Whispurrs' home. A signed agreement may be discussed if purchaser wants to spay/neuter their kitten at a vet of their choice.

Below I checked the look & traits I am most interested in for the kitten(s) that I plan to adopt. I understand that Love Whispurrs cannot predict 100% the adult personality of any of their kittens, however they will use their best efforts to help me choose the very best kitten to suit my preferences based on the personalities of the kitten's parents.
